Have you been overwhelmed by all the changes required to get an FCC license today?  Over the last few years, the administrative and technical requirements to get an FCC license for your radio system has increased to the point that few people or companies have the technical ability to find channels and file the paperwork - successfully - in order to get channels for their radio system.

In the past, a single page was all that was required to apply for a license. Today, the basic FCC form 601 is over 30 pages long.   The instructions are over 100 pages long.  And there are often technical engineering requirements to prove that your proposed system will not cause interference to other users, requiring the technical ability and software to prove it.
